Dr. Monica has always had a passion for health and wellness and being able to use that love to help others. She knew she was meant to have a career in the medical field, but chose chiropractic after experiencing the relief that adjustments, cranial work, and supplements gave her from her headaches and migraines. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in 2014. In addition to learning the foundation of chiropractic care in grad school, she also has hundreds of hours of continued education in Clinical Nutrition, Applied Kinesiology, and various muscle release therapies.
Dr. Monica provides care for the whole family; from pregnant mamas, to newborn infants, to 98-year young grandparents. She believes in whole body healing; in addition to the typical chiropractic care her patients receive, she also offers Clinical Nutrition support to aid the body in healing from the inside out. She is currently taking classes to earn her certification in Functional Medicine to be able to better help her patients in their health journey.
She and her husband, Ben, have two young children. Between them and two labs, life is crazy and busy and usually a hot, beautiful mess. Dr. Monica loves staying active and showing her son and daughter that movement and health can be fun! She also has a strong passion for restoring pieces of vintage furniture. Much of the furniture in our new office space are actually pieces that she refinished herself. Proof that anything can be restored and be brought back to life!

Why the Unalome?
Traditionally, the unalome symbolizes a person’s journey through life or to enlightenment. We wanted to build off of this and use it in our logo to describe a person’s journey to health.
When we started the rebranding process, we envisioned an office that offered chiropractic care to individuals in every stage of their health journey. Maybe we are the first taste of alternative healthcare for somebody struggling with a chronic issue who has not been able to get answers using other routes. Or maybe we are the new chiropractic home to somebody who has seen a chiropractor for 20+ years and they are wanting to explore other therapies we offer. We want to care for everybody, no matter where you may be in the sometimes messy and not-so-straightforward journey to better health. We would be honored to serve as a part of your particular health journey.

What makes Restored Health Chiropractic Different
